Dreamy Destination: Mexico City for the Artists & Dreamers
Mexico City has stolen my heart time and time again and I often find myself daydreaming about making it my permanent home. From the moment I set foot here, I was captivated by its charm and rich cultural heritage and found myself returning at any opportunity I could. The city's bustling markets, colorful architecture, and mouthwatering street food are just a few reasons why it is such a lovely place. Mexico City is renowned for birthing an array of famous artists, including Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, whose works reflect the country's rich cultural tapestry making it a photographer’s paradise. I had the opportunity to live just south of the border in Tijuana for the 2.5 years leading up to the pandemic and took the opportunity to travel throughout Mexico quite a bit. With everything, I still have to say that Mexico City is still my favorite destination south of the border.
